Non-processing days

Information on public and bank holidays that will affect payment processing times.

Further to Zai's payment processing overview, there are days in each year that a delay in processing will occur - due to local banks not processing payments during these times and is outside Zai's control. These dates are in addition to weekend days, when transactions aren't processed.

Note that NPP (real time payment) transactions are processed and settled 24 hours per day, on every day of the year.

For the 2022/23 calendar, the following is a list of non-processing days by country:

Note: When a public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday will be declared a public holiday.
